Here you should find all the answers that you need, however if this is not the case just head over to our Contact Us  page where you will be able to see all the ways that you can get in contact with us or send a message. 


Can I return an item? 

Yes,  Items can  only be returned within 14 days of the items dispatch.  For all info on our Returns Policy, please visit our Delivery & Returns page. 


Can I return a item purchased in the sale? 

No unfortunately, all sale items are non refundable. 


Can I change my address once I have placed an order? 

Please contact us immediately if you notice any errors/incorrect address entered. We will not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses entered as this is the buyers responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery information at checkout, however we will endeavour to amend this if the item has not yet been dispatched however cannot guarantee that this will completed or corrected in time. If we needed to claim for any lost parcels, and you have entered the incorrect or incomplete address, then you will only be issued with the value by the postal provider. If they do not provide a refund for a lost parcel, then unfortunately we will be unable to process a refund also, as this was the buyers error for not checking/entering the correct information at checkout. 


Do you offer payment plans?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer payment plans however this is something we are looking to add in the near future. 


How does local delivery work? 

The local delivery service is only available for delivery addresses that are situated within a 5 mile radius of the stores address. This means 5 miles from SS11 7HL. This service is free at the checkout for orders over £20.00, however if you would like to use this service but do not meet the minimum spend of £20.00 then this service will be available for £3.99 (as long as your address is within 5 miles). The local delivery service means delivery of your order will be completed in 1-2 

working days (excl weekends).


There is an item that I would like to purchase however the size that I am after is not in stock? 

Please send us a message and we will be able to advise if/when the item will be coming back in to stock.
